EZ Payment Plan…
Your total for tuition fees will be divided into equal monthly payments. If your payment does not clear, we will contact you once via phone and once via email. If we do not get a timely response (2-3 business days), there will be a $25.00 “Chasing Fee” added to your account if we have to chase you down to update credit card info or collect payment. Please do not register online if you wish to set up EZ Pay. Call the West Coast School office at (800) 439-5839 Ext 1.
Cancellation Policy…
Refunds of tuition, housing and all campus fees will be issued under the following guidelines:
- January 1 – March 1 $250 Processing Fee
- March 2 – April 1 $450 Processing Fee
- After April 2 NO REFUNDS
All refunds must be applied for in writing to the school director.
Hotel Accommodations…
You are responsible for making your own hotel arrangements.
